Start at a “protected” page (like a Salesforce org home):
Force SSO success Force SSO fail → credentials Fail via 403 on SSO asset → credentials Random (50% fail)
Add delay per step (ms) to make the waterfall more obvious:
/sso-sim/protected?mode=random&pFail=0.5&delay=1500
Logout (clear session cookie)
